Summary: The room I booked had hair in the shower pan. It wasn’t hair belonging to a head. Pretty disgusting. The shower head was clogged so water pressure was low coming out of it. The pillows were flat as can be and even stacking them didn’t help. For a Hilton brand this was not what I was expecting. I’ll be generous and give a 3 due to staff being nice. Outside of that.. abysmal experience.

Summary: One of my favorite places to stay. It’s always really consistent. Place is clean and the rooms very spacious. They also have the best breakfast of any other place I’ve tried. If you like to workout the gym is pretty big and has a good selection. Downsides would be the bathroom doors are sliding and don’t seem to want to latch. The bathroom is kinda small too. The carpet in the hallways is old and coming up and needs replacement. Other than those minor things it’s a very nice hotel and very reasonably priced
